SLEEPY HOLLOW, NY — Cattle from the Stone Barns Center for Food and Agriculture graze in a field overlooking the Hudson River. Since last June, Stone Barns has been rotating cattle, sheep, goats, hens, and ducks around hundreds of acres of grassland bequeathed by the late David Rockefeller, who passed away on March 20, 2017 at age 101.
